In this role he was responsible for the financial operations of a FQHC with 90+ sites across western Washington and more than 2,500 employees. \u00a0In this role he was also deeply involved in tax-exempt bond financing and affordable housing development. \u00a0Prior to this, Jeff spent over 20 years focused on Medicare and Medicaid cost reimbursement and long-term care services. \u00a0\u00a0This experience provides Jeff a unique understanding of the financial and operational needs of primary medical care, pharmacy, dental, behavioral health, and substance abuse services plus other integrated programs including nutrition, health education, maternal support services, chiropractic, WIC and inpatient substance abuse treatment.
