Beatrice Fernandez has served as La Maestra’s Chief Human Resources Officer since 2015 and has more than 15 years of administrative experience. Mrs. Fernandez started with La Maestra Community Health Centers in 2013 as an HR Assistant. Mrs. Fernandez holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Managment. Previous to La Maestra, Beatrice worked for the San Diego Unified and National School districts. Mrs. Fernandez is bilingual and bicultural in English and Spanish.
