Bringing Quality Care to South Bay

La Maestra’s clinic in National City started in 2004 as a pilot project with Sharp Mary Birch Hospital to provide Certified Midwives’ services. Since then, clinic services have expanded to include primary care, women’s health, laboratory, diabetes education, and dental services.  Mental and behavioral health, substance abuse, optometry, medical imaging, and social services are available via on-site telemedicine. La Maestra’s transportation services are available for pharmacy delivery and to transfer patients to and from other clinical sites for extended services.
