All returning La Maestra patients can get access to the Patient Portal.

Just ask your Patient Service Representative (PSR) at the front desk for an enrollment token. After you receive the enrollment token, go to nextmd.com and follow the instructions to create an account. Once your account is created, you will have access to all of the patient portal’s features including scheduling your own appointment, secure messages, viewing clinical summaries, and requesting referrals and lab results.
