From her initial role as a Medical Biller, she progressed to become a Revenue Cycle Manager and eventually took on the mantle of Revenue Cycle Director. Notably, Susana is deeply involved in the development of policies and procedures that have enhanced workflows across multiple departments at our facility, particularly in the area of FQHC Billing and Collections. With comprehensive knowledge of various Medi-Cal Programs such as FPACT, EWC, and CHDP, Susana brings a comprehensive understanding of the intricacies of medical billing and collections.
