Uchey Dijeh, DrPH, MPH, is a health practitioner and dedicated advocate for positive social change. She has an extensive background in environmental science, healthcare administration, health disparities research, and community health improvement. She serves as Director of Integrated Health – Social Determinants of Health, overseeing key initiatives such as Asthma Health Management, Chronic Care Management, Behavioral Health Integration, Enhanced Care Management, Community Supports, and SDOH Research.
Her Doctoral Study is the first quantitative study examining the prevalence of obesity in African immigrants in San Diego County, California, and archived in the US Library of Congress. She has published independent research papers and co-authored several scientific peer-reviewed papers. She received the 2019 County of San Diego (Central Region) Volunteer of the Year and is a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success Honor Society.
