Luz Padilla – Director of Victim Services
Luz Padilla is Director of Victim Services at La Maestra Community Health Centers, with over five years of experience supporting foreign national survivors human trafficking and individuals impacted by domestic violence. She is deeply passionate about advocating for vulnerable communities and creating safe, trauma-informed spaces for healing. Luz is known for her compassionate approach, cultural sensitivity, and dedication to empowering survivors. Her leadership continues to strengthen and expand vital services for those in need.
La Maestra offers compassionate, confidential support to individuals affected by domestic violence and human trafficking. With a trauma-informed approach, we are committed to promoting safety, well-being, and recovery for all survivors.
Anti-Human Trafficking Program
This program serves foreign national survivors of sex and labor trafficking. You may qualify if you have experienced forced sexual acts, worked under threats or abusive conditions, received little to no pay, or were deceived into your current work situation.
Domestic Violence Support
Domestic violence extends beyond physical harm and can include emotional abuse, intimidation, threats, financial control, sexual coercion, and isolation. We provide trauma informed care tailored to your safety and emotional needs.
